Note:
All fees are to be paid upfront. No entry code will be issued until fees are paid.
Users are responsible for clearing up after their event. The hall must be left in a clean condition and all rubbish removed. The cleaning bond will be refunded when the hall is left clean to the satisfaction of the hall committee.
Arrangements can be made for setting up on the previous day and for clearing up on the next day but only if the hall is not required by another user and by prior arrangement.
