Robyn and Lindsay Moore purchased the land in 2000. Originally the property was part of a local disused dairy farm, the buildings were dilapidated, falling down and unused.

It was Lindsay’s ambitious idea to transform the property into boutique accommodation to preserve some of the local agricultural architecture of the dairy region, and provide a unique architectural experience for people to come, stay and experience South Gippsland. It was also an opportunity for a ‘project’.
